Our Academy is an initiative that reflects our commitment to enhance the potential of young talents. In oncode, we believe that continuous training is the key to dealing with the challenges of the future and to grow both professional and personal level.
Two tracks
Enterprise or Automation, three months full time
Classes of three or four, a tutor, real projects. At the end, for those who want it, the job is at Oncode.

We are looking for motivated recent graduates and newbies, ready to explore their passions and develop advanced technical skills.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experts in the sector, working on real projects and acquiring precious skills that will accompany them along their career.

Our end goal is that these talents can continue their path within oncode, contributing to the growth of a young, but already highly competent team.
