Academy Automation
What is it?
It is a training course that takes place in small classes of three to four people to ensure constant personal support.
It is designed for recent graduates or junior figures who feel the need to delve more deeply into certain technical and/or theoretical aspects.
How long does it last?
Duration is 3 months full-time
What will you learn?
During this course you will be supervised by mentors and go in depth:
- 240 hours devoted to industrial automation basics, tools and PLC programming.
- 120 hours devoted to high-level programming, development techniques and best practices typical of Software Engineering.
- 120 hours dedicated to the design, development and testing of a dedicated project where to consolidate and unify the skills acquired in the previous modules.
In-depth 4-hour sessions are also planned:
1. Design and formalization of functional specifications
2. Modeling by Finite State Machines
3. Reading and understanding of electrical schematics
4. Versioning with Git
How does a typical day unfold?
The day is structured as follows:
- Frontal training sessions with a tutor
- Individual study sessions on books/online courses
- Practice sessions (at least 4 hours/day)
What happens next?
Upon completion of the training you will be placed in the company
