Once you join our team, you will be responsible for. Development and commissioning of control systems for industrial machines and plants, user interfaces and software for Industry 4.0.

If you are junior is provided for you with a high technical initial training as well as continuing education, which will lead the figure to be able to design, implement and commission software and applications for industrial machines and plants.

If you are senior instead, you will have the opportunity to improve your skills and grow by taking specific courses and compare yourself with other professionals in the company.

In detail you will be in charge of the following activities:

• Writing and designing PLC code for writing control logic in structured text;
• Writing and design of fail-safe logic (ST + LD)
• Configuration and use of motion control functions
• Robot Programming
• Writing and designing high-level code (C# / Java / Python) in order to interface machinery with acquisition systems, implement Computer Vision algorithms and user interfaces;
• Follow the start-up of machines and plants with regard to software;
• Provide remote or on-site support for software troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree/specialty in Automation Engineering and/or related disciplines (Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronics);
• Experience (even minimal) in software design and development and working in teams;
• Knowledge of PLC systems, ST and LD language;
• Basics of control theory, measurements, motion control;
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation;
• Strong problem solving and reverse engineering skills;
• Relational and management skills;
• Willingness to travel;
• Knowledge of the English language
